Configure Upland Analytics

Upland Analytics allows you to create insightful dashboards and reports that allow the discovery of hidden insights in your data easily.

Design a host of pixel-perfect reports, Bar Graphs, Stacked-Bar Graphs, Line Graphs, Pie Graphs, Radial Gauge graphs, Scatter Graphs, Bubble Graphs, Motion Graphs, Heat Maps, Area Graphs and Radar Graphs with drag and drop ease.

In order to access UA, you must do the following:

1. A UA instance must be configured. Contact your Client Relationship Manager.

2. Permission must be granted to UA at the tenant level.

  1. Go to Configuration > Configuration Management.

  2. Click Parameters.

  3. Select the Show Upland Analytics checkbox. A validation message displays.

  4. Click OK.

3. Grant permission at the user profile level.

  1. Go to Configuration > User Management.

  2. Click User Profiles.

  3. Click the profile that you are giving permission to and click Details.

  4. Scroll down and select Upland Analytics. The Upland Analytics option now displays in the side navigation.

4. Request an account for the user. Contact your Client Relationship Manager.
